Refund Policy

  • For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will offer a full refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:  Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased. I am currently only shipping within the UK. Please contact me if you would like to return a product.  The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. The buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.

 

  • The Consumer Rights Act 2015 grants consumers rights for textiles bought from businesses, including the right to goods that are satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and match the description. If these standards aren't met, you have a right to a refund, repair, or replacement. You can claim a full refund within 30 days of purchase or delivery if the item is faulty. After 30 days but within six months, you generally have the right to one opportunity for a repair or replacement, which can lead to a partial refund if that fails. For any textile purchase, the item must meet these standards: Satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and match description.

 

  • The Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to textiles bought online, and provide a 14-day "cooling-off" period for you to cancel the order for any reason and receive a full refund, including initial delivery costs. You'll then have a further 14 days to return the textiles to the seller. While the seller must refund your initial delivery costs, you are generally expected to pay the cost of returning the goods to them.
